Q: WUFF — this is...?
A: Wild Ukrainian Furry Fun.

Q: WUFF venue?
A: Information on the hotel is in section "Hotel". Information on events (quest, fursuit-parade) and meeting places will be online soon. In case of problems getting to Kiev please address orga team individually.

Q: What if I come a day earlier?
A: If arriving prior to 28.04 or planning departure later than 02.05 you shoud take care about accomodation in the hotel on your own. It is hoghly adviced to write about it in the guest book or at the forum topic if you want to organize a meeting.

Q: Whether food included into the hotel price?
A: No. From our experience breakfasts and dinners are usually missed by participants for various reasons, but they are still required to pay for them. Quality of meals may not meet high expectations of some participants, at the same time costs may seem overestimated to others. To cut expenses to a minimum food is not included in accomodation costs.

Q: Paying for WUFF: how much to pay and how to pay?
A: WUFF is free. But if you ordered accomodation and/or visiting of paid events - you have to provide 100% payment not later than 1 month before the event. You can pay by VISA/MasterCard on our site.

Q: What if I do not know whether I can arrive or not? What if I will know only for X days before WUFF?
A: You should register anyway. If you are unable to come - cancel your registration. To do this send an email to reg@furry.org.ua. Payment for all requested events/services must be done in full, taking mentioned deadlines into consideration.

Q: Is refund possible in the event of noshow?
A: Sorry, refunds are not possible. But you can propose another person to take your place on WUFF. This should be negotiated with the orga team.

Q: Are mobile phones and mobile Internet available in Ukraine?
A: Prepaid SIM cards of any Ukrainian GSM operator can be bought in any store without providing ID. We announce Life:) as a communication standard for WUFF this year (free voice calls within the Life:) network, acceptable voice quality, reasonable prices for calls to other operators and abroad). Tariffs constantly changing, updates can be found on the web site of operator.

Q: I forgot my password. What should I do?
A: Your password can be sent on request to your e-mail or phone number, provided during registration. To do this, send an email to reg@furry.org.ua.

Q: Want to start my own event. What should I do?
A: For all questions about starting your own event (that you want to be resposible for) please contact orga team. (enquiries about creative activities forward to Belo4ka, all other activities — to Basil Lion)

Q: I am only 16/18, can I come? Age restriction questions.
A: There is no age restriction on WUFF. However, to stay in a hotel, visiting the club and some other activities you may be asked for photo ID for age verification (such as passport). Failing to privide ID for age verification will result in refusal to stay in the hotel or access events/club, even if you have paid in full. You bear full responsibility for such cases.
At the same time, each party undertakes to comply with the requirements of Ukrainian legislation on the subject of age restrictions, as well as bears full responsibility for their own compliance with such requirements.

Q: I want to come with my girlfriend / friend / parent, but he / she / they are not furry?
A: No problem. Just settle them in another hotel or live with them by yourself.

Q: What kind of online / offline maps are most convenient for navigation in Kiev?
A: GoogleMaps, YandexMaps (latter one is better because street naming is more accurate and map is better). You should also be aware of the possibility to cache the desired parts of the map, so you can navigate in the absence of access to the Internet.

Q: Rules of Conduct for WUFF?
A: All participants must abide by laws and regulations of Ukraine and rules of Conduct for WUFF. For more information about the rules of conduct for WUFF can be found in the "Rules" section. You should keep in mind the fact that in public places it is forbidden to smoke (Article 175-1), drinking alcohol (Article 178.), Foul language (Article 173). Specifically:
Article 173. Disorderly conduct, obscene language in public, insults or molestation of public, and other acts that violate public order and tranquility of citizens is strictrly prohoboted.
Article 175-1. Smoking in places where it is prohibited, as well as in other places not designated by the relevant decision.
Article 178. drinking alcohol in public places, appearance in public places in drunk state that is insulting for human dignity and public morals.
Article 180. Bringing a minor to a state of intoxication.
Article 182. Violation of the requirements of legislative and other regulatory acts on the protection of the public from the harmful effects of noise, or otherwise silence rules incompliance.

Q: What to do besides official events and activities of WUFF, while in Kiev/Ukraine?

Q: What does the sponsorship?
A: Sponsorship is a simple way to support WUFF (UkrFurence) through a voluntary donation. Following categories announced: "sponsor", "supersponsor" and special status of "patron".

* "Sponsors" will be listed in conbook and will receive gifts package for free (conbook, t-shirt, some other stuff). Sponsor contribution is fixed (€ 60).
* "Supersponsors" will be listed in conbook, will receive gifts package (conbook, t-shirt, some other stuff). Additionally supersponsors will receive exclusive supersponsor gift that will not be available for sale, plus free access to all events. Supersponsor contribution is fixed (€ 120).
* "Patrons" - a person who contributes to the development of WUFF by providing financial assistance in the form of contribution, gratis. References in conbook is at the discretion of patron. Minimal contribution is € 100.
